Director and Registered Tax Agent, Donna Robinson, founded Essential Office Support in 2013 to meet the needs of local businesses. Raised right here in the Snowy Mountains, Donna has been employed (or employed herself) in a variety of roles from cafe, retail clothing to business owner, bookkeeper and accountant. This is not to mention her honorary roles such as Treasurer of the NSW Cake Decorator’s Guild and member of the Cooma Chamber of Commerce during the Renew Cooma project. 


Donna trained as an accountant with Mark Kenmir & Co and still has a great rapport with the team. This is testament to Donna’s character that she is kept in such high regard by those who know her. Donna holds a Diploma of Accounting and was awarded a Rotary Club Pride of Work Award in 2008 for her leadership, managerial and communication skills, client and customer service skills. Donna achieved registration with the Tax Practitioners Board in 2010 and is also a Fellow of the National Tax & Accountants Association (NTAA). 


Donna says she “has learnt a lot through her ventures and having broad business experience helps support clients across a range of sectors and industries”. Donna specialises in business start ups, providing all the advice and ongoing support required for new businesses to be successful. Donna also offers training, set-up and adhoc support and troubleshooting for cloud software including Xero, MYOB, Reckon and Quickbooks Online. Remote support is available and she is always happy to come out to visit client’s on site.


Donna enjoys getting away from it all whenever possible with trips away being a highlight for her.
